Weeks of minimum engagement - shorter commitments rarely produce lasting change in stress response patterns.
About Neribelo
Stress relief
energy yoga
in London
Neribelo works with people who are genuinely exhausted - not just tired from a long week, but carrying the kind of accumulated tension that doesn't dissolve on its own.
The approach here isn't about quick fixes or dramatic transformations. It's about consistent, structured guidance over time, adapted to how you actually live.

Where this started
Neribelo came out of a fairly straightforward observation: most yoga offerings in London are either drop-in classes with no continuity, or expensive retreats that don't connect to daily life.
Neither model serves people who need ongoing support - the kind that builds on itself week after week, adjusting as circumstances change.
The focus landed on stress relief energy yoga specifically because it sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation and physical practice. It's less about flexibility and more about how the body holds and releases tension.
Working with city residents means accounting for irregular schedules, high cognitive load, and the particular kind of fatigue that comes from constant decision-making. The mentorship structure here is built around those realities, not around an idealised version of what a student's life should look like.
How the mentorship works
Each mentorship engagement starts with an intake conversation - not a questionnaire, but an actual discussion about what's happening in your life and what you're hoping shifts.
From there, sessions are structured around a rolling programme that adjusts every four to six weeks based on what's working and what isn't. The emphasis is on building a practice that holds up outside of sessions, not one that only functions in optimal conditions.
Every session is individual - no group classes where the programme is set by the median student's needs rather than yours.
The people behind it
Aldric Venn
Lead mentor & founder
Spent several years teaching in studio settings before concluding that the format wasn't serving students who needed consistency more than variety.
Saoirse Mulcahy
Programme coordinator
Handles the structure that makes long-term mentorship actually function - scheduling, progress tracking, and the parts of the work that aren't glamorous but matter.
